Majik Boys is DJ/Producers Mike Zaplatosch & Andy Garcia and Billboard reporting DJ, Jeremy Martorano . Previously Mike & Andy were known as Zapp & Vice and garnered alot of notice in the UK & US for their work on Jessica Folcker, Charlotte Perelli, Girlicious and more. Jeremy has worked promotions forLiquid360, Lauren Hildebrandt, iPartyRadio. com, & Hot Mix 5 / Mickey Oliver. He is also well known for his past Music News & Reviews columns, DJing at various circuit events around the country (Gay Days Orlando, San Diego Pride, Altanta Pride, clubs in Louisville, Seattle, Minneapolis, Denver, +), extensive Mixshow career and his involvement in the Phoenix dance scene (Pride, Rise, Adonis, Boom, Paco Paco, Charlie’s). Now, Mike, Andy & Jeremy are rockin the dance floors & air waves as Majik Boys!

In 2009, Majik Boys blasted onto the scene and have officially remixed for such established artists as Rihanna, Christina Aguilera, Right Said Fred, Daphne Rubin Vega, Georgie Porgie, Dare 2B Dif’rnt, David Longoria,  & Lauren Hildebrandt.  Their hi-nrg club sound has been influenced by the likes of Spencer & Hill, Bimbo Jones, Soul Seekerz, Digital Dog, Chris Cox, Tony Moran, Soundfactory, & Almighty.

A Majik Boys remix stands out from the rest.  Their remix for Jonathan Luke’s “Joy Toy” was played on LOGO’s hit video show”Poplab”.  Quite often, the Majik Boys remix has been chosen to be the main remix or the primary remix for the music video on several releases including Vincent Medugno’s “Magnetic”, Annick’s “Wonder”, CMG ft Carol Williams’ “Weekend 1979”.  With Right Said Fred’s “This Love”, the Majik Boys remix was the only “remix” to be released to mainstream radio.  Majik Boys’ first remix ever, Neil Sean Experience’s “My Arms Keep Missing You”, was used on the popular UK compilation Mad About The Boy 17 on Klone Records and is still a top seller on iTunes.  Not a bad way to make an entrance.  Within the first 6 months of life, Majik Boys had already produced remixes in 3 different languages – Swedish (Jessica Folcker), Spanish (Shelina & Lourdes), & English.  As Andy Garcia says, “It doesn’t matter where the Artist is from, a good song breaks any language barrier”

In 2009 Majik Boys scored 2 top 5 hits on the US Billboard Club Play Chart with Rihanna’s “Breakin Dishes” & Lauren Hildebrandt’s “Burnin Out” and most recently in 2010,  Christina Aguilera’s “You Lost Me” went #1.  Majik Boys remixes aren’t limited to American chart success.  Jackie Siebert’s “Blackout In Wonderland” hit the UK Commercial Pop Chart at #19 with a bullet.

Jeremy of the Majik Boys spin a weekly syndicated mixshow on 6 of the most popular internet dance stations on the net iDanceRadio.fm, DanceRadio.ca (Canada), ZFM.com.au (Australia), DanceMixUSA.com and 2 of the largest LGBT radio stations in the world Pride Nation Radio (PNN) & GayInternetRadioLive.com (GIRL).  In total the Majik Boys can be heard 17 hours a week on the radio!

In addition to all of this, the Majik Boys have also added Video Production & VJing to their repetoire.  The future for Mike, Andy & Jeremy is indeed very bright so check out a Majik Boys remix today or listen live in the club or on the radio and experience the Majik for yourself!
