Denny Tsettos

With thirteen years of experience as a professional nightclub DJ, Denny Tsettos is the first DJ-Remixer from New Jersey to break into a top spot on the New York City Nightclub scene. Currently, Denny is a resident DJ for Saturday nights at NYC’ largest Nightclub, EXIT, Friday nights at Club Abyss, NJ and Saturdays during the summer at Temptations, NJ. In addition, he continues to lay the main floor during monthly venues in New York City at the Limelight, Tunnel, NV, Cheetah Lounge and Key Club and also does frequent guest appearances at various clubs and mix shows events in other US cities including Chicago, Boston, and South Beach Miami. Recently, Denny has also gained notoriety in the international DJ circuit with a number of spotlight venues, overseas, including The Under Lounge in Osaka, Japan and in Tokyo.

During his residencies, Denny plays for a combined audience of over 9000 people each weekend. He is also one of the current after hours Mix DJs for the Saturday night Underground Dance Party on 103.5 WKTU- New York City’ official dance music station. Denny built a huge following and gained local fame by packing in two of the tri- state area’ top nightclubs, Club Abyss for more than seven years and Temptations for the past four.

With his experience and notoriety, Denny has gained status as a professional remixer, completing remixes for a number of internationally renowned artists including N-Sync, Le Click, La Bouche, Rozalla and Lil Suzy. Denny has also been featured in some of the industry’ most influential publications, including DMA (Dance Music Authority) and Mixer Magazine.

On top of being an international DJ and professional remixer, Denny also heads up Metropolitan Under Records and is in charge of all A&R and Promotional Direction. This coming March will mark an extremely successful first year for the label. Catering specifically to underground DJ’, Metropolitan Underground boasts as impressive catalog of the most progressive and cutting-edge dance music, exploiting the latest styles andtrends from New York City, in addition to Europe and the rest of the world. In the short time since its launch, Denny has built Metropolitan Underground into one of the dominant labels in the underground dance music scene and has released a number of hits including dancefloor anthem’, “Afrika” by Plasmic Honey and “Drum Theory” by Mind Trap. Featuring many of the found in the Metro Underground catalog is the latest release from the label, “Welcome to the Underground” – a continuous mix album, arranged and mixed by Denny himself. With experience and credentials that are rivaled by few others, Denny Tsettos has established himself as one of the foremost authorities in the dance music industry.
