None of the above is surprising considering Clark’s amazing career history. He began his mastery of the wheels of steel, at the tender age of nine. “My uncle got me started as a DJ in the late ’70’s just before my 10th birthday,” the Panamanian native recalls. “He was a friend of Kool Herc (the Father of Hip-Hop), and many other old school heads. So by being around these pivotal people, going to all the parties, and other places where the music was evolving, I learned how to deejay, and move the crowd. Ever since then, I’ve always known what I’ve wanted to do.”
