The only boy of five children, Omar Orozco better known for his stage name DJ Casper was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico and raised in New York City. As a child he was introduced to music by his father, who was a well-known DJ to his first and only true love, music. DJ Casper has captivated the music industry by collaborating along side with various platinum artists throughout the last 15 years that have earned him exclusive recognition from artists such as Wisin y Yandel, Don Omar, Akon, Alexis Y Fido, Tito El Bambino, just to name a few. His collaborations with several producers such as Nesty La Mente Meastra has turned his mixtapes into one of the most sought after products in the industry. His compilations are full of the hottest artists and mixed with never-heard before rhythms. The intensity of DJ Casper’s work in the music industry has been seen from different avenues from his appearance as the NBA All Star DJ in Philadelphia, the yearly Official DJ for the New York City Puerto Rican Parade since 2005, The star-studded Latin Grammys Pre-Party in New York City, and has performed exclusive Playboy Mansion events.

As an influential DJ in the music industry DJ Casper has taken his talents to both radio and television by collaborating with Alexis y Fido on MTV and hosting several guest appearances on many Radio show all over the world. DJ Casper’s talents has also taken him on the road within both the US and frequently overseas to headline at clubs in Europe, Latin America, among other countries, where his name and talent are he is respected and highly anticipated.

DJ Casper for the past 3 years 2011-2014 he worked alongside Don Omar as an Official DJ for the Orfanato Music Group and was apart of the cast of Orfanato “On The Road” Reality Show and Official Latin Mix Masters Dj.
